The model is geared around upfront expectation clarification, frequent feedback and performance monitoring and assumes the willingness to give and receive well-intentioned performance feedback for purposes of enabling personal and organisational growth.

Performance targets
We offer a tool for capturing the performance targets of the organisation and for each individual. The tool also enables allocation of individuals to teams or functional centres for purposes of performance setting and measurement towards achievement of organisational goals.

System training
